Sentient Architecture is a limited liability corporation (LLC) formed in early 2005 by Chris Travis, Cheryl Travis, and Brett Pitt.  Prior to that time, the firm operated as a sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Travis under the name of Round Top Design.  The firm currently operates under the dba of Round Top Architecture for familiarity purposes in the Round Top, TX area.

Prior to the partnership formation of Sentient Architecture, LLC, the firm offered high-end, custom home design services.  With its re-organization, the firm’s capacity to provide consultant services was extended to include traditional commercial architectural design services.  The firm focuses on indigenous, energy efficient, tailored design services for residential and commercial projects throughout Central & South Texas, but has the capacity and desire to provide architectural consulting services nationwide.  Combined, the partners have over 50 years of experience in the architecture, design, and construction industries.

The firm and its employees are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of service and strive to form repeat client and contractor relationships.  Whether the project may be large or small, the firm gives each its due attention to provide the best design solution and service possible. They listen to the client's needs and work within the project parameters so that, ultimately, the client's desires are satisfied and their expectations are exceeded.
